Getting eyes on the tools real Operators use is pretty rad. #useyourtools Like this Operator’s exclusive @omega Unit Seamaster Professional paired with a special issue Staccato P for [REDACTED]. No doubt - this rig is tricked out: 20 round magazine; @surefire_llc X300; @mechanixtactical Gloves; and @leupoldoptics Delta Point Pro 2.5 MOA. But, here’s the thing - and Dr. DTG is going to get on his soap box for a hot second - humans are always more important than the hardware. Investing in yourself and putting in the hard work is what it takes to win. To my son, this is a philosophy I persistently seek to hammer home. Makes me think of a tour an HRT buddy of mine gave me and my family at their compound. Now, all of HRT’s Operators are elite. This is known. And I distinctly recall pointing out one of these Operators on the range to my son. This Operator was drawing, dry-firing, and re-holstering his firearm for the entirety of our tour. I pointed this out to my son by saying “don’t you think this dude is one of the best in the world at that?” My son said “yeah, probably.” And then I said “yeah, but he’s been practicing his fundamentals and mechanics the entire time we’ve been here, and he’ll still be practicing when we leave to head home. That’s why he’s one of the best there is at what he does.” You don’t practice something until you get it right… you practice it until you can’t get it wrong. (mic drop) SEND ME the DTG x STACCATO ~ SEND IT! #watch #omega #tuesday #practice
