U.S. Marine Corps Veteran Robert Mueller’s tenure as FBI Director spanned 12 years from 2001 to 2013 (second only to J. Edgar Hoover’s whopping 48 years). Every publicly-available photo you’ll find of Director Mueller will clearly show he was an under the wrist digital tool watch guy, and most of those images will indicate some type of Casio variant (e.g., Ref. DW-290 or F108WH). That said, Casio was not his digital tool of choice July 24, 2019, when he appeared for two separate, consecutive hearings before the House Judiciary and Intelligence Committees regarding his investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election and potential obstruction of justice by Donald J. Trump. That morning he strapped on a @timex Ironman digital tool watch (Ref. T5K821)! Captain Mueller, USMC, was a highly decorated Vietnam War Veteran (Bronze Star with “V” device, two Navy Commendation Medals, the Purple Heart, and the Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry). He credited his military service as the foundation of his leadership style and career in public service. Rest easy, Devil Dog #semperfi SEND IT! ~ PRESENT & READY #fbi #usmc #timex #purpleheart
