This veteran SOF SGM has a very rad hobby! While drafting this post, SGM [REDACTED] casually dropped some knowledge on Dr. DTG… “you’ll never reach full form without civilian competition. Training is defined by standards. Competition demands that the winner exceeds said standards. So get out of your comfort zone and compete!” That’s some full-stop green beanie SGM wisdom/daily azimuth check right there. Take a knee, face out, and let that sit with you for a minute - let it get in there and walk around a bit. Remember, you’re enough - go get it! Let’s hit a few of the 5Ws. SGM [REDACTED] is running a @staccato2011 XC with @surefire_llc X300 Turbo and @leupoldoptics Delta Point Pro optic at @thetacticalgames (TTG) @ttg.sniperchallenge at Y.O. Ranch in Mountain Home, Texas. Designed around the physical and shooting demands of a LEO SWAT Sniper, this TTG challenge brings the heat by pressure testing precision marksmanship and fitness. A glance at SGM [REDACTED]’s bio is all you need to gauge the caliber of shooters TTG brings to yard: Q-Course graduate and brief Peoples Republic of Pineland guest; Special Ops Combat Medic; Ranger; Sniper; Military Free Fall Jumpmaster; and a lot of high-speed/low-drag USASOC offerings Dr. DTG will not list in this forum. I’m going to close with another one of the SGM’s mic drop moments: “I use civilian competition to keep my baseline lethality within standard and as a means of engaging with younger professionals in their prime. I am happy to see that our current SOF warrior class is more lethal, integrated, and relevant to current and emerging threats than my generation… My heart and energy goes to serving these great warfighters to ensure they have the resources to win and return home with honor.” Many thanks to SGM [REDACTED] for sending in this gloriously epic action shot to @sendmethedtg and @staccato2011. We truly appreciate you, brother! #presentandready #builtforheroes SEND ME the DTG x STACCATO ~ SEND IT!
