What we have here is pretty epic because this DTG’er wrote and produced one of my top five favorite movies of all-time - Training Day. Here in his happy place we have @davidayermovies on the set of American Blue for @hbomax rockin’ the current (and last) “Pepsi.” According to @variety the American Blue series “focuses on the complex, personal lives of police officers serving in a community, with a gritty and authentic tone.” Word on the street is it’s legit, joining a long list of stories he’s brought to the big screen about men and women in uniform (e.g., Training Day, Fury, End of Watch... just check out his IMDb). David Ayer did some time in uniform himself in the @usnavy as a submarine sonar technician aboard the USS Haddo, and has credited his Navy time with his successful filmmaking career! Pretty rad! Thanks for sending this in, brother! SEND IT! ~ PRESENT & READY #watch #movie #friday #weekend
